Best Employee of Novotel Bali Benoa

Finding  talented staffs is always a challenge for Novotel Bali Benoa's management team. All staffs are very dedicated and passionate about their work. After selections and several tests, we nominated Subakti, one of our bell boy team and Made, one of our room attendant as our Best Employee of the month of December 2012.  Subakti is always smiling and he loves his job, in fact he never sees his job as a job, cause he loves meeting people from different part of the world and so does Made. She has the passion to keep all rooms neat and clean. We have received so many guest's compliments about Subakti and Made.
