Finding  talented staffs is always a challenge for Novotel Bali Benoa's management team. All staffs are very dedicated and passionate about their work. After selections and several tests, we nominated Subakti, one of our bell boy team and Made, one of our room attendant as our Best Employee of the month of December 2012.  Subakti is always smiling and he loves his job, in fact he never sees his job as a job, cause he loves meeting people from different part of the world and so does Made. She has the passion to keep all rooms neat and clean. We have received so many guest's compliments about Subakti and Made. They both deserved to have a bright future with their career in the hospitality industry and with Novotel, they grow faster. Let's congratulate Subakti and Made for their outstanding performance !!

Christmas at Novotel Bali Benoa

Christmas !! This word is so special to everyone and including us, staffs and management team of Novotel Bali Benoa. Santa Claus is around with presents for every children. From Christmas lighting tree day, which is the 20th of December to Christmas day on the 25th of December there are various programs designed by the resort's Guest Activities Department team. Children from Eben Haezer orphanage Denpasar also takes part. They are pleased to spend a full day of fun swimming and enjoying lunch at the resort. During Christmas Eve, all of our beautiful guests are able to enjoy the orphanage's children beautiful voice singing Christmas songs. Special Christmas Eve dinner is also well prepared by our Executive Chef. There are ginger bread house, colorful pastries, chocolates and many more is served to cherish this beautiful moment. All staff and management team of Novotel Bali Benoa is wishing you a very merry Christmas.
